tfa’s research per the Montana Cadastral Website pictured below, proves: (said property previously known as ‘Betty Anderson’s Trailer Court’) in addition to “The Tomahawk Bar and Casino” are currently owned by “Umbrella LLC”, with Shane Patrick McKeever listed as the “Managed By Member”.
tfa understands that TOF Council President Nate Caton is also a member of Umbrella LLC. This is huge conflict of interest with regard to the major ongoing water and sewer issues TOF has yet to resolve with ‘The Tomahawk’.
