Time and time again, TOF has not addressed the issue of ‘Public Comment’ on their Agendas. Additionally, TOF Mayor Nottingham and Council, oftentimes severely limit public comment from individuals who have dissenting opinions.
Montana Constitution Article II, Section 8, specifically states we have the: Right of Participation
“The public has the right to expect
governmental agencies to afford such
reasonable opportunity for citizen
participation in the operation of the
agencies prior to the final decision as
