Mayor Miller gavels the “Special Meeting” closed at video minute 4:51. Nate Caton enters the video at the 5:21 mark. The clock on the wall proves the time to be approximately 7:37PM. Mayor Miller does not wait to begin the “BUDGET WORKSHOP” meeting at its designated 7:45PM start time but merely rolls forward with said meeting 16 seconds later.
At the 5.37 minute mark Mayor Shirley Miller states: “Okay, so the workshop is informal uh and uh its just a budget workshop. We’ll look at the preliminary budget, discuss it. Uh, we will not have any discussion. You can ask a question. We’ll take your comments. Other than that it is just a workshop for the council”.

Had I not been able to view this on you.tube, I would not have believed such shenanigans were allowed in any governmental agency. I am appalled by the level of disrespect shown to townsfolk, taxpayers and utility users within Fromberg. It is blatantly evident the town council and their staff have no respect whatsoever for their constituents.

This is a disgrace!!! I have never commented on this site but after viewing this I felt it was my duty. This Mayor should at the very least be impeached for her actions! She obviously is ignorant of her power and her duties. It leaves me to question all those who sit as acting councilmen who tolerate her actions. SHAME on all of you for tolerating this! It’s time you get control of this and if you can’t, resign! Is it really that hard to understand? The Mayor’s a LIAR, A BALD FACED LIAR!!!
