tfa has documented time stamped photographic images proving the following “Agenda” for the 1.7.2019 Town Council Meeting was posted AFTER: 5:42 pm: Friday, January 4th, 2019 and thereby certainly violates the 48 Hour posting rule! tfa’s previous post: http://the-fromberg-advocacy.com/3-agendas-in-4-calendar-days-so-much-for-the-48-hour-posting-rule/ provides ongoing documentation of continued 48 Hour Posting Rule infractions. This TOF Agenda does not list the classifications of 1. Changes to Agenda. 2. Consent to Agenda. 3.“Old – Unfinished” Business. Yet another Council Agenda format, and thereby valuable clerical time spent re-creating the wheel. Said agenda contains several grammatical errors. Are we to believe that November 2018 Account Payables have not yet been sent out due to some ineptiude on behalf of the Mayor and/or Council and their staff? Why would any legitimate vendor be willing to wait 60 to going on 90 days for their invoices to be paid? Such an action screams of un-professionalism. What is MMIA’s opinion on the latest Town of Fromberg’s management oversight?

Malfeasance. Someone needs to notify the authorities.
Mayor Miller is a complete failure!!! Where is the oversight??? For someone who supposedly had twenty plus years experience in city government you show no knowledge! The agenda has not been posted correctly or on time and is always haphazard at best! Resignation would be the responsible action of one not capable of getting the job done! Unfortunately, you’re too narcissistic to clearly see you are incapable of doing the job correctly!
Regarding the agenda, we have a Mayor, a Council and a Town Clerk who apparently have not embraced the twenty first century nor technology easily available to all. Doing one’s job responsibly and professionally requires research and the ability to recognize needed change… It took me all of five minutes on Google to recognize our agenda is poorly done. It looks very unprofessional. This is what happens when the attitude of the council is: “So What? It’s only Fromberg! It’s good enuf”. Our town then becomes complacent and substandard. If you want to change the mentality of our town, you have to start with your own behavior! Raise the bar! Take responsibility! The true question is, are you willing and capable of putting forth the sincere effort needed? If your attitude is “It’s an agenda. So what?”, I’m sure we will be seeing much more of the same! As I observe this town’s incompetent leadership, it makes me wonder…if the City can’t get the small details done correctly, then certainly the big details are being badly bungled as well. Or WORSE!. Please take a little time to make sure proper procedure is being followed. The Devil’s in the details! Raise the bar! Benefitting our community should be your primary goal!
