Contrary to Mayor Miller’s statements on the 5.1.2020 meeting audio tape, the Town of Fromberg, did indeed expend several monies on said McKenzie litigation. In addition to any costs that were covered by MMIA for third party expense litigation; which may effect TOF’s insurability and might also incur an insurance premium rate increase.
What mayor Miller was really trying to say is it’s not my fault I cost the town thousands of dollars, over milled the tax payers thousands of dollars and screwed them! I’m a saint and they should enjoy it!
