tfa queries:
- Were they indeed ‘the town’s Disaster Relief Coordinators’? At which specific TOF Public Meeting were the two women voted on by the Town Council and thereby officially certified to work in such a capacity?
- Shouldn’t the two women’s hours be specifically delineated rather than ‘measured into the 100s’?
- Were these two woman additionally compensated by the American Red Cross? If so, could that be construed as ‘double dipping’?
- Were these 2 positions advertised for in TOF’s 3 designated locations before any hiring decision was made?
- Weren’t these two woman working specifically for individual residents of Fromberg, and not for the actual Town of Fromberg? Shouldn’t there be a delineation between the two, as the funds for payment are designated to be paid collectively from TOF Water, Sewer and General Funds?
- Will each of the two woman be 1099’d for the payment of said funds in excess of $10,000? Did each of these women have a valid State of Montana Worker’s Compensation Waiver?
- Isn’t ‘Tina Foust’ indeed Mayor Nottingham’s biological daughter? Can this be construed as nepotism?
tfa asks that Mayor Nottingham address all the above questions publicly.
