Called Roberts Rules of Order. When one has the floor, they have the floor! If the mayor feels the need interrupt so does every one else! People in town are obviously frustrated or they would not be rude and so angry! If the mayor and council won’t let one speak their mind without interruption then the mayor does not know how to run a meeting and is responsible for Ms Jann’s concerns. As with a court hearing, things should be done in an orderly fashion, then the court recorder has no problem transcribing what went on, or they wouldn’t have a job!!!! Round and round and round. It is disgusting to watch these videos and see none of the council intervene when the mayor stomps on the people they represent! Fromberg is not dying it is dead. People are moving out in droves, only to be replaced by dupes that will figure it out after it’s to late. The few remaining businesses that are left are are trying to get out. The bills to maintain a household: utilities, heat, power, taxes, food, a car, car insurance, medical etc. is beyond any fixed income person. I can just hear the mayor say “You just need to budget better and get a part time job or get out! We can’t help you.” What we need a a new administration!
