We have a lot of special meetings, but not much seems to get accomplished. Other than a lot of unthoughtful lip moving…there’s plenty of that!
To apply for grants, don’t your financial books have to be in order? Is this getting the cart before the horse as usual? For the life of me, I cannot figure out why tasks are not completed and put into working action, before bouncing to the next task. Town Hall needs to address their organizational skills!
